Nobody here is a Doctor

We aim to create and keep a supportive environment for people with bipolar disorder or anyone who is effected by it in any way.

However, we are not doctors and it is against the rules for anyone to offer medical advice other than their own personal experience as a suggestion to bring up with their doctor.

It is also important to allow a doctor to do the diagnosing for you, that isn't a rule per say but that is something that I can say from personal experience is beneficial.
