This is a forum I decided to start on Bipolar Disorder.

It happened as I searched for one and came up with nothing, so hopefully this will have some success as a site and it will hopefully help some people with their struggles with bipolar disorder

I wanted to add that I am a member of a site for people with ADHD and the site helped me come up with the idea and I was inspired by the format that their site has.

I appreciate that site a lot and they deserve thanks and recognition for this site because unofficially they helped me with the format a little.

I encourage people with ADHD to check it out.
